SERVERS POLICY

We allow you to purchase our server for only fair use . Purchasing only Bungee Server from FusionHost is not allowed .In Case if we find only bungee server running on any envy customer's account we will immediately terminate it . Half of the Backened Servers connected to the bungee must be hosted on FusionHost itself.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

All products are applicable for cancellation and 100 % refund up to 24 hours after purchase from our website or our discord server, Refunds will be allowed only when the customer has a proper and valid reason for service cancellation and availing of refund . Our Team will investigate and has the full right to either approve or deny Refund . Refunds will be processed to the payment source from which the service was purchased . Cancellation after 24 hours is based on the use of our services and refund will be processed to the payment source with the amount remaining.

RETURN POLICY

All our services are applicable for return within 48 hours of placing the order . The money debited from your account will be credited back to the payment source withing 7 business days . Anything after 48 hours will be returned on approval of Team anchor .

LIABILITY

We will not be responsible if you lose your data. Whilst we take regular offsite backups of our game servers and extreme VPS range, we encourage you to make your own. We take no responsibility if you lose your data

CONTACTING THE COMMUNITY

When interacting with users or staff in our community, you must remember that everybody else is just another person. If you are spamming, being rude or a general nuisance, we reserve the right to mute or remove your account from our communication channels.

Any threats of harm or intolerance will not be tolerated, and the user will not receive any warning.

FAIR USE POLICY

All game plans come with unmetered bandwidth and defined storage. People Using Proxy Servers on FusionHost must keep in mind that out of every 5 ips Connected to Fusion's Bungee server 3 must be atleast of FusionHost's servers. All the storage you use must be fair use and fair share with other users on the node. We reserve the right to suspend or remove files/backups if storage is misused or overused. Our guideline for storage usage is 5GB of disk per 1GB of ram . You may request storage upgrades but we reserve the right to deny them under any circumstance. You must only put files relevant to your gameserver on our game plans and you may also not leave large compressed file on your server. We will contact you if you are found to be abusing our services by our team. We also reserve the right to terminate your servers without any form of refund if our staff team believe you are in breach of our rules which may include but isn’t limited to:

DDoSing
Crypto Mining
Constant High CPU Usage
Constant High RAM Usage
Anything which damages our servers or affects us or other users on the node.
If we find you are using our services for illegal activities (EG, DDoSing or a Torrenting hub), we reserve the right to terminate your service without a refund.

All Virtual Servers come with Dedicated CPU cores and memory. We are very strict when it comes to abusing our services. If we find your service is used for illegal activites (EG, DDoSing or a Torrenting hub), we reserve the right to terminate/suspend your service without a refund.

LACK OF PAYMENT

By default, your server will suspend after 4 day of late payment. After three days, you will be issued a late fee and after 5 days, all files will be lost.

ANTI CRASH LIABILITY

We Do Allocate A Minimal Amount Of Swap To Protect Your Server From Crashes And Dataloss After Container Ram Gets Full (You Can Request An Allocation Removal Through Support Tickets)
